AI Executive

Drives adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation across dealership functions.

Walk-in

The role

The AI Executive drives the adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation across the Benelli business's sales, CRM, service and marketing functions, with the goal of improving lead conversion, customer engagement and operational efficiency. This is a newly created, forward-looking role intended to bring practical AI/automation capability into day-to-day dealership operations rather than pursue AI as an abstract initiative, so it requires a bias toward deploying and measuring real tools rather than research for its own sake.

Responsibilities

  • 01Identify, implement and manage AI-enabled tools for lead management, customer engagement (chatbot/WhatsApp automation) and internal reporting
  • 02Pilot new tools on a small scale before recommending wider rollout
  • 03Automate repetitive MIS/reporting and follow-up processes using AI/no-code tools, in coordination with the IT/Digital Engagement team
  • 04Train Sales, CRM and Marketing teams on effective use of AI tools and monitor adoption
  • 05Create simple usage guides/SOPs so adoption does not depend solely on this role
  • 06Analyze outcomes (lead response time, conversion, engagement) from AI-tool usage and recommend improvements
  • 07Report measurable impact of AI initiatives to management periodically

Requirements

  • 01Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • 02Experience: 2-4 years in AI/automation tools, data analytics or digital transformation roles; automotive/retail exposure preferred.
  • 03Familiarity with AI/automation platforms (chatbots, CRM AI tools, generative-AI applications)
  • 04Basic data analysis and process automation (no-code/low-code tools)
  • 05Stakeholder training and change management
  • 06Ability to evaluate build-vs-buy options for AI tools within budget constraints
  • 07Basic understanding of data privacy considerations when deploying customer-facing AI tools
