Brand Promoter
Represents the brand at events and activations to generate walk-ins and enquiries.
The role
The Brand Promoter represents the brand at the showroom, malls, events and outdoor activations, engaging visitors directly to generate enquiries and build brand visibility. This is often a customer's first point of contact outside the showroom, so tone, presentation and product knowledge matter as much as enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage visitors at the showroom/event/activation location to generate enquiries and explain product highlights
- Capture and hand over enquiry details to the Sales/CRE team for follow-up
- Support marketing activations, roadshows and promotional events as scheduled
- Maintain a presentable, brand-appropriate appearance and conduct at all times
Requirements
- Education: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years; freshers with good communication and presentable conduct may be considered.
