Car Finance Executive
Facilitates vehicle financing options and loan processing for customers.
The role
The Car Finance Executive facilitates vehicle financing for customers by presenting loan options, coordinating with financiers and ensuring smooth, timely loan processing, so that financing does not become a bottleneck in the customer's purchase journey. Per Group norms, this role scales at one headcount per 50 car sales per month.
Responsibilities
- Present financing options to customers and help them select the right product
- Coordinate documentation and loan processing with banks/NBFC partners for timely disbursal
- Work with Sales Consultants to ensure financing does not delay delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate records of loan applications and disbursal status
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; Commerce/Finance background preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years in vehicle finance/loan processing.
- Vehicle loan products, eligibility criteria and documentation
- Coordination with banks/NBFCs and DMS-based loan tracking
- Customer counselling on financing options
