Car Insurance Executive
Facilitates vehicle insurance for customers at the point of sale.
The role
The Car Insurance Executive facilitates vehicle insurance for customers, explaining coverage options and ensuring policies are issued accurately and on time as part of the delivery process. Per Group norms, this role scales at one headcount per 50 car sales per month.
Responsibilities
- Explain insurance options and coverage to customers and help them choose appropriately
- Coordinate with insurers to ensure accurate, timely policy issuance ahead of delivery
- Work with the delivery team to ensure insurance is in place before vehicle handover
- Maintain accurate records of policies issued and renewals due
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 2-4 years in vehicle insurance/general insurance sales.
- Motor insurance products and coverage options
- Coordination with insurers and DMS-based policy issuance
- Customer counselling on insurance coverage, including any EV-specific policy considerations
