The role
The Delivery Coordinator coordinates vehicle delivery logistics and the customer handover experience, ensuring deliveries happen on schedule and the handover itself feels well-organized and celebratory for the customer.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Sales, Sales Admin, Finance and Insurance teams to ensure vehicles are delivery-ready on schedule
- Organize a smooth, positive handover experience for customers at delivery
- Ensure all delivery documentation is complete before handover
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1-3 years in delivery coordination/customer service in automobile retail.
- Delivery scheduling and cross-functional coordination (Sales Admin, Insurance, Finance)
- Customer handling and event coordination for delivery experience
