The role
The EDP (Electronic Data Processing) Executive maintains digital listings, CRM data and online lead records accurately and promptly, ensuring the digital engagement function runs on clean, current data.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate CRM and lead records, updating status promptly as leads progress
- Keep digital listings and online content current under the guidance of the Digital Engagement Manager
- Support the Digital Engagement Manager with data extracts and basic reports
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; IT/Computer Applications background preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years in data entry/digital operations.
- CRM/DMS data entry and upkeep
- MS Excel and basic reporting
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
