Manages guest hospitality and comfort within the showroom.
The role
The Hostess manages guest hospitality within the showroom, ensuring customers are comfortable and well looked after while they wait or engage with the sales team, contributing to the premium feel expected of the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers' comfort needs (seating, refreshments) while at the showroom
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Pantry teams to maintain showroom presentation and refreshment service
- Address minor customer needs promptly and escalate service issues as needed
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (or equivalent); hospitality background preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a hospitality/guest-relations role.
- Guest service and hospitality etiquette
- Coordination with Housekeeping and Pantry teams
