MIS Executive
Compiles and reports sales, service and inventory MIS for the Benelli business.
The role
The MIS Executive compiles, validates and reports sales, service and inventory data for the Benelli business, giving management a reliable, timely view of performance to support decision-making. Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed in this role, since decisions and incentive calculations downstream depend on the numbers being right the first time.
Responsibilities
- Compile daily/weekly/monthly sales, service, inventory and enquiry reports from the DMS/CRM
- Validate and reconcile data across systems; flag discrepancies to the respective departments
- Maintain a consistent reporting format so trends can be tracked month over month
- Present MIS dashboards/summaries to management as scheduled; support ad-hoc analysis requests
- Maintain historical MIS records for trend analysis and audits
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; commerce/statistics background preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years in an MIS/reporting role; automobile/retail preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel
- DMS/CRM data extraction and report design
- High attention to detail
- Basic data-visualization/dashboarding skills
