Technician - Benelli

The role

The Technician carries out servicing, repair and maintenance of Benelli motorcycles as per the job card and manufacturer standards, ensuring quality workmanship and timely turnaround so customers can trust the workshop with both routine service and more involved repairs.

Responsibilities

• 01Carry out periodic maintenance, repairs and diagnostics as assigned on the job card, within the estimated time
• 02Follow standard operating procedures and quality specifications
• 03Report any additional defects found during service to the Service Advisor/Workshop Manager
• 04Maintain tools, equipment and work-bay cleanliness; follow safety protocols at all times
• 05Record work done, parts consumed and time taken accurately on the job card/DMS

Requirements

• 01Education: ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical trade.
• 02Experience: 2-4 years as a two-wheeler technician.
• 03Diagnostic and repair skills on motorcycles
• 04Use of diagnostic tools and adherence to safety procedures
• 05Basic knowledge of fuel-injection and electronic systems on modern motorcycles
